Applying Acu-Reflex is simple. Follow the steps below and use the diagram for visual guidance
Step 1 | Prepare the insole
If possible, remove the insole from your shoe. Wipe the central area clean and ensure the surface is dry and free of debris for proper adhesion.
Step 2 | Locate and apply
Peel off the backing and place one patch on each insole.
To find the correct position, stand upright with your foot directly on the insole. Notice where the ball of your foot naturally presses. The patch should be positioned in the central area just behind the ball of the foot.
This area corresponds to Yong Quan, the small natural dip that forms in the centre of the sole when you gently curl your toes.
Schritt 3 | Sichern und tragen
Press the patch firmly onto the insole to ensure secure adhesion. Place the insole back into your shoe and wear as usual.
The patches can remain on the insoles for as long as they adhere securely. Replace only when the adhesive no longer holds firmly.
