Located on the lower abdomen, just below the navel. This acupoint is traditionally associated with comfort in the lower abdomen and easing discomfort during menstruation.

Applying Femme Comfort is simple. Follow the steps below and use the diagram for visual guidance.
Step 1 | Prepare the skin
Clean and dry the skin on the lower abdomen.
Step 2 | Locate and apply
Apply one patch to the acupoint shown in the diagram.

Location: Lower abdomen
How to find it: Place two finger widths below the navel, on the midline of the body. Apply the patch directly beneath this point.
Step 3 | Secure and wear
Press the patch gently to ensure good adhesion. Wear for up to 8–12 hours, during the day or overnight, as needed.
Step 4 | Remove
Remove and discard after single use.
