Clean and dry the skin on the temples and/or beside the nostrils.
Step 2 | Apply the patches
Peel off the backing. Apply one patch to each side of the indicated placement location:
- Tai Yang (temples) | for head tension or pressure
- Bi Tong (beside the nostrils) | for a blocked nose
- Both locations | when you need both types of relief
Step 3 | Secure and wear
Press the patches gently and wear for up to 8 hours.
Step 4 | Remove
Remove and discard after single use.
