When Instant Comfort makes sense

Instant Comfort is chosen when discomfort is felt in the moment, rather than as part of everyday life. It is designed for times when head tension, pressure around the face, or a blocked nose makes it harder to focus, unwind, sleep or rest.

Instant Comfort is based on the Acu-Resonance Method™, which works with the body’s natural warmth and acupoint-inspired placement associated with head tension and nasal congestion. The approach is non-invasive, free from additives or active ingredients, and designed for moments when support is needed quickly.

Many people notice relief shortly after applying the patch, while others experience a more gradual easing as pressure or congestion becomes less dominant.

Instant Comfort is made for moments like these. You apply it when discomfort shows up, wear it while support is needed, and remove it once the moment has passed.

Our method

A different approach to wearable support

Instant Comfort uses the Acu-Resonance Method™, Mepho’s approach to wearable support. Each patch contains a specially developed layer that is activated by the body’s natural warmth. When placed on specific acupoint-inspired locations, it provides subtle, non-invasive support.

Instead of relying on active ingredients or external stimulation, the method works passively with the body’s own warmth. The interaction is gentle and continuous, designed to support the body without overriding its natural processes.

Inspired by principles from traditional acupuncture, the Acu-Resonance Method™ translates point-based support into a wearable patch format. It’s non-invasive and additive-free

The method is intentionally designed for both regular and situational use. By avoiding additives and overstimulation, it fits naturally into everyday life as a consistent and non-invasive form of support.

Each product in the Mepho collection applies this method in its own way. Instant Comfort uses it to provide targeted support for moments of head tension and nasal discomfort.

How it works

Instant Comfort applies the Acu-Resonance Method™ through a two-point system designed for moments of head tension and nasal discomfort.

Once applied to the skin, the patches are activated by the body’s natural warmth. The special layer inside each patch responds to this warmth and interacts locally with the skin. The acupoint stimulation continues while you wear the patch, supporting targeted relief without active ingredients or invasive techniques.

Instant Comfort is applied to two acupoint-inspired locations drawn from traditional acupuncture principles. These points are selected for their relevance to head and nasal comfort:

  • Tai Yang (temples) Located at the temples, this point is traditionally associated with relieving head tension and pressure around the head.
  • Bi Tong (beside the nose) Located beside the nostrils, this point is traditionally associated with nasal comfort and easier breathing.

Instant Comfort focuses on local, moment-based support. The patches can be applied to one location or both, depending on where discomfort is felt.

Many people notice a relieving effect shortly after applying the patch, while others experience a more gradual easing as pressure or congestion becomes less dominant.

For exact placement and step-by-step guidance, see How to Apply.

FAQ
What is Instant Comfort used for?

Instant Comfort is designed for moments when head tension, facial pressure, or a blocked nose is felt. It offers targeted, local support when discomfort interrupts focus, rest, or sleep.

Where should I apply the patches?
The patches can be applied to the temples for head tension or pressure, beside the nostrils for a blocked nose, or to both locations at the same time if both are felt.
Can I use Instant Comfort on just one area?
Yes. You can apply the patch only where discomfort is felt. If head tension or a blocked nose is present on its own, you do not need to use both locations.
How quickly will I notice an effect?

Many people notice a change shortly after applying the patch. For others, easing develops more gradually over the time it is worn. Responses can vary from person to person and situation to situation.

What will I feel while wearing Instant Comfort?
Experiences vary. Some people notice a subtle sensation on the skin, while others feel very little during wear. Not feeling a strong sensation is normal.
How long should I wear the patches?

Each patch can be worn for up to 8 hours. After use, remove and discard it. The patches are designed for single use only.

Are the patches reusable?

No. Each patch is designed for single use and should be discarded after wearing.

Can Instant Comfort also be used for local tension or pain?

Yes. While Instant Comfort is primarily designed for head tension and nasal discomfort, it can also be applied locally to areas of tension or discomfort when targeted support is needed.

Are there any side effects?

There are no known side effects. In rare cases, mild skin irritation may occur. If this happens, remove the patch and discontinue use.

Is Instant Comfort suitable for sensitive skin?

Instant Comfort is non-invasive, additive-free, and SGS-tested for non-irritation. If you have very sensitive skin, start with a shorter wear time and check how your skin responds. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
