Solidutch B.V., operating under the trade name Mepholife

1. General

This Return & Withdrawal Policy applies to all purchases made by consumers via the webshop
www.mepholife.com of Solidutch B.V., operating under the trade name Mepholife.

This policy constitutes a further elaboration of the right of withdrawal as laid down in the General Terms and Conditions of Solidutch B.V. In the event of any inconsistency, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

2. Right of Withdrawal

2.1 Statutory cooling-off period

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after receipt of the product.
The cooling-off period starts on the day after the product has been received by the consumer or by a representative designated in advance by the consumer.

2.2 Careful handling during the cooling-off period

During the cooling-off period, the consumer shall handle the product and its packaging with due care.
The consumer may only handle and inspect the product in the same manner as would be permitted in a physical store.

3. Exception: hygienic and sealed products

3.1 No right of withdrawal after breaking the seal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for:

  • sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and

  • whose seal has been broken after delivery.

3.2 Application per product

The wellness patches offered by Mepholife are considered hygienic products, are intended for single use, and are delivered sealed.
If the seal of these products is broken after delivery, the right of withdrawal lapses and these products cannot be returned.

Whether a product is classified as a hygienic product is clearly stated prior to purchase in the offer, including in any case on the product page.

4. Exercising the right of withdrawal

4.1 Notification of withdrawal

If the consumer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, this must be communicated to the entrepreneur within 14 days after receipt of the product.

Withdrawal may be notified:

  • by e-mail via info@mepholife.com, or

  • by using the statutory model withdrawal form included as an annex to this Return & Withdrawal Policy.

4.2 Return shipment after withdrawal

After notifying the withdrawal, the consumer must return the product within 14 days.
The consumer must be able to demonstrate that the product was returned in time, for example by means of a shipping receipt.

5. Return conditions

Returns are only accepted if:

  • the product is unused;

  • the product is in its original condition;

  • the product, if applicable, is returned unopened and with an intact seal;

  • the product is returned complete.

Opened, used, damaged, or incomplete products are not eligible for a refund.

6. Return shipping costs

The costs of return shipping are borne by the consumer, unless:

  • the product was delivered defective; or

  • an incorrect product was delivered.

In these cases, the entrepreneur will reimburse the return shipping costs or provide an appropriate free-of-charge solution.

7. Refund

7.1 Refund period

The entrepreneur will refund the amount due no later than 14 days after notification of the withdrawal, provided that:

  • the product has been received in good order, or

  • the consumer has submitted conclusive proof of return shipment.

7.2 Method of refund

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

8. No or late withdrawal

If the consumer:

  • has not notified the withdrawal within the prescribed period, or

  • has not returned the product in time,

the purchase is final and there is no right to dissolution or refund.
